  • - One-on-One Training: Tailored, individualized sessions that focus on the client’s specific goals (e.g., weight loss, muscle gain, injury recovery, etc.). This may involve strength training, cardio, flexibility work, and more.

    - Online Personal Training: Virtual training programs that clients can follow from anywhere. You may offer one-on-one video sessions or pre-recorded sessions that clients can access on demand.

  • - Nutritional Guidance: While not a certified nutritionist or dietitian (unless you have the relevant qualifications), you can offer general nutritional advice to support clients in reaching their fitness goals. This may include:

      - Healthy eating habits

      - Portion control

      - Balanced meal plans

      - Pre/post-workout nutrition

    - Lifestyle Assessments: Evaluate factors like sleep, hydration, and stress, and provide recommendations on how to improve these elements to support fitness goals.

  • - HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training): A cardio and strength-based group class that involves short bursts of intense exercise followed by a brief rest period.

    - Circuit Training: A class that incorporates a variety of stations, each focusing on different muscle groups or types of fitness (e.g., strength, cardio, flexibility).

  • - Group Fitness Classes for Employees:  Offering group sessions for businesses looking to improve employee wellness, productivity, and morale.

    - Wellness Challenges: Organizing challenges like "Steps Challenges" or "Fitness Bingo" to encourage employees to stay active and healthy.

  • - Weight Loss Programs: Custom-tailored plans that combine exercise and nutrition guidance to help clients lose weight effectively and sustainably.

    - Muscle Building (Hypertrophy) Programs: For clients interested in gaining muscle mass, focusing on strength training and proper nutrition.

    - Nutrition Tracking & Guidance:** Assisting clients in tracking their food intake using apps or other methods to stay aligned with their fitness goals.
